  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 lbs Raw Banana Prawns
Special Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Infused Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley

  • Season a cast iron pan with olive oil and shallots. Sauté until light brown.
  • Add your prawns to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. You’re looking for a bright orange color.
  • Remove from heat and set aside for plating. We recommend soft slider buns, butter leaf squash, and pink onions for toppings. Eat to Treat!

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine your infused mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix until you have a light orange creamy mixture.
