Basil Pesto
  • 1 ½ cups Magical Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
  • 3 cups fresh basil leaves (no stems), packed (about 3-4 ounces)
  • 1½ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3-5 large cloves garlic, chopped

Basil Pesto
  • Place all the ingredients except the cheese inside your MagicalButter machine, and secure the lid.
  • Select the Blend/Clean cycle. Run it 1-2 times.
  • Pour the cheese into the machine, secure the lid, and repeat Step 2.
  • Toss your Magical Pesto over fresh-cooked pasta, and enjoy! Or, refrigerate it in a storage container. It will last about 1 week refrigerated, or 3-4 months frozen.
