Flowers and Berries Gummies
  • 1 Cup MagicalButter tincture reduced into MBO
  • 1 tbsp Fresh squeezed ginger juice
  • ½ Cup raw sugar
  • ½ Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries- pureed
  • 2 Drops Lavender concentrate
  • 2 tsp pPneapple extract
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Citric acid powder
  • 1 tsp Milk powder
  • 1/8 tsp Xanthan gum
  • 2 tsp Agar agar powder
  • ½ tsp Citric acid powder

Flowers and Berries Gummies
  • Reduce MagicalButter Tincture to MBO (MagicalButter Oil.)
  • Bring equal parts raw sugar and water to a boil to make your simple syrup. Add fresh ginger juice. Scrape off ginger skin with a spoon, run through grater, then squeeze to extract the liquid.
  • Put blueberries into an emulsifier. Add ¼ c water to help achieve puree.
  • Pour puree into ginger syrup, stir. Add lavender concentrate, pineapple extract, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, citric acid powder, agar powder, milk powder, and MBO. Gently stir until completely combined on low-medium heat, about 10 minutes. (if there is any clumping with the milk powder, simply puree the fully combined gummy formula on low speed before pouring them into the tray.)
  • Put MB gummy formula into the tray of your choice.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy in 1 hour!

Chef’s note

Flowers and berries was inspired by my tempura ice cream recipe where I combine several sauces and layer them. This gummy is a combination of all those flavors. Berries, flowers, vanilla, and pineapple combine to give you a taste of spring.
