Ingredients

Gelato Truck Gummies
  • 1 Cup MagicalButter tincture reduced into MBO
  • 1 tbsp Fresh squeezed ginger juice
  • ½ Cup raw sugar
  • ½ Cup water
  • 1/2 Cupfresh cherries (pitted/pureed)
  • 2 Drops rose concentrate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Coconut extract
  • ½ tsp Citric acid powder
  • 1/8 tsp Xanthan gum
  • 2 tbsp Agar agar powder
  • 1 drop Red food coloring (optional)

  • Reduce MagicalButter Tincture to MBO (MagicalButter Oil.)
  • Bring equal parts raw sugar and water to a boil to make your simple syrup. Add fresh ginger juice. Scrape off ginger skin with a spoon, run through grater, then squeeze to extract the liquid.
  • Put cherries into an emulsifier. Add ¼ c water to help achieve puree.
  • Pour puree into ginger syrup, stir. Add rose concentrate, vanilla extract, coconut extract, xanthan gum, citric acid powder, agar powder, red food coloring, and MBO. Gently stir until completely combined on low-medium heat, about 10 minutes.
  • Put MB gummy formula into the tray of your choice.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy in 1 hour!
