  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Ground Gluten-Free Pretzels
  • 2 Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Infused Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
Infused Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup Infused Honey
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 4 Red Hot Chili Peppers, dried
  • ½ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

Gluten-Free Firecracker Ballz
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. Set out a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, but don't over mix.
  • Using a scoop or using your hands, measure out your meatballs (about 3 tablespoons each) and place them onto the baking sheet
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Once finished, top with extra chili sauce and enjoy!
