Tomato Sauce
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In the MagicalButter machine; add your tomatoes, olive oil, basil, oregano, tomato paste, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Run blend cycle until tomato sauce is smooth and consistent throughout. Set tomato sauce aside.
Meat Marinade
  • In a medium bowl, marinade your beef ribs and pork shoulders with your MagicalButter olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Use your hands to make sure all parts of the meat are covered in your oil mixture.
Meat Sauce
  • Next, in a deep pot, sauté your meat in MagicalButter olive oil until all sides are evenly cooked. Remove meats and set aside.
  • Add your diced onions, garlic, onion and garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the pot and sauté.
  • Add your tomato sauce directly to the pot and stir. Add your beef ribs and pork shoulder, cover, and remove from heat.
Cheese Spread
  • In a large bowl add, Ricotta Cheese, egg, chopped oregano, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning. Mix together.
  • On parchment paper, shape your flour to hold 3 eggs plus the additional yolk and olive oil, then kneed it together to make your pasta dough. When the dough starts to dry, dip your fingers in water and continue to kneed.
  • Divide the dough into 4 pieces and flatten to the thickness desired. We used a rolling pin and pasta roller.
  • Finally, grab your baking dish and line the bottom with tomato sauce and place your first sheet of pasta on top. Add a layer of cheese sauce and mozzarella and place another sheet on top. Add more tomato sauce and a thick layer of meat from your meat sauce.
  • Repeat steps until baking sheet is stacked to the top with a layer of fresh mozzarella on top!
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 Minutes.
  • Slice and enjoy!!
