Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Magical Tincture
  • ¼ cup Magical Olive Oil
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup sherry wine vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup apricot jelly
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • 3 tablespoons mustard seed (or 1½ tablespoons ground mustard)
  • 3 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon whole mixed peppercorns (red, black, white, and green)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh horseradish, grated (or, for a kick, ½ teaspoon wasabi powder)
  • ½ teaspoon yellow curry powder
  • ¼-½ teaspoon fresh ground cinnamon
  • 4 large cloves garlic
  • 4 chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 anchovy
